- THE VEGIE PATCH - Growing Seasonal Produce & Making Friends

A vegetable garden is being established by members of Coffs Caring Community Inc. at the rear of the
Women’s Resource Centre, corner of Gordon Street and Valley Drive, Coffs Harbour. We invite experienced
gardeners and others wanting to learn and work together to grow their own food, with any surplus being
used to raise money for Coffs Caring Community Inc. or given to other charities.

This project will provide healthy outdoor exercise, build friendship between people of widely
differing ages and backgrounds, and help newcomers to the Coffs Harbour region.

Invitation
An invitation to the first Coffs Caring Community “Ladies Only” Market Day at the Women’s Resource Centre from 10 am to 3 pm on 1st September. A varied range of new clothing, including many well-recognized brands, swimsuits, hats, accessories, and other items will be discounted by about 50%with all proceeds going back to support other Coffs Caring Community Inc. projects. The Women's Resource Centre is on the corner of Gordon Street and Valley Streets, and not far from Raleigh Street.

willing to join the committee and contribute their
time, expertise, and ideas.

CCCi has been invited to the Coffs Rotary meeting at the Deep Sea Fishing Club
on February 2nd. WE hope to promote CCCi as well as find some funding opportunities.

CHYFM donation
CCCI is proud to donate $2000 to Community Radio CHYFM. Funds are to be used to upgrade
training equipment that will assist in the continued support of Coffs Harbours youth.
