Funding requests can be submitted by completing the Coffs Caring Community Inc. Application Form downloaded from the website. All applications are considered on a case-by-case basis provided that money is available. Please include:
•Name of organisation and person applying•Outline & group size for the proposed activity
•Timeframe for project
•Total cost and amount requested from CCCi
•Likely benefits and how these will be measured
